As soon as IVANO TRIOLO has received a receipt of your transaction we will process the order. We will process your purchased items in the shortest time possible. During sale period, processing of orders and customer support may take longer time than normal. We operate Monday to Saturday with the exception of public holidays.

Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

PRE-ORDER

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page.

MADE TO ORDER

When a product is not available in our stock it will be made to order in 15 working days. The items created to order are not subject to return therefore there is no refund.
